new count:
number of tattoos: 2. i got another one yesterday. it's addicting, sewiously. it's a solid black broken heart on the inside of my right bicep. it hurt a LOT less than the black rectangle i got a month ago. i really like it, but i think i'm done tattooing for a while.

Kate, don't become an ink baby. Because next come the piercings. And then the leather jacket follows. And then next time I see you you'll be riding a bike you call your "Hog" and smoking Marlboro Reds. "Lets get some grub!" you'll grunt at me and I'll shake nervously, scared to walk too close to you. holy crap kate!! man i'm really like on the other side of the world or something...when did you get tatoos? did it hurt? i like the idea of the rectangle...but this broken heart...that makes me sad, what's that all about? oh, probably about that time you dropped the ceramic heart i made for you at SIU. yeah, i knew you felt bad about that, but not enough to commerate it forever on your bicep...all the same do you have pictures of them? i'd LOVE to see them! i always wanted a tatoo...maybe i'll get one that says, "kate did it first and is much cooler" but in chinese characters on my lower back.
